Terms of use and sale

These terms apply to the Reader Library, Haven Protocol, No One, and paid digital access sold by Ezekiel Lara, a sole proprietor based in Texas, United States. Contact legal@longreturnsaga.com with terms or rights questions.

Digital purchases

Paid access is sold through Stripe Checkout where Stripe presents an eligible payment method. No physical product, shipping, or customs service is included.

Accounts and digital access

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your sign-in link secure. Released chapters remain public. The exact paid benefits shown with an offer may include scheduled subscriber previews, open structured surveys, and specifically listed member media. Permanent access means continuing digital access to the included title or designated saga works and their completed digital editions for as long as the Reader Library operates or a reasonable replacement download is provided. It does not transfer copyright or promise a physical edition.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Monthly and annual plans renew at the price and frequency displayed in Stripe Checkout until canceled. You may cancel through “Manage billing” in your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid-through date. Monthly and annual charges are eligible for a full refund requested within seven calendar days of the charge. Permanent purchases are eligible for a full refund requested within fourteen calendar days. After those windows, standard refunds are not prorated. Duplicate charges, unresolved access failures, suspected fraud, and rights required by law are handled separately. Email billing@longreturnsaga.com.

A work in progress

These stories are released while they are being written and revised. Text, structure, titles, features, and release schedules may change. We may maintain, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature, but will not knowingly misrepresent what is currently included in a paid offer.

Reader feedback

You keep ownership of your original feedback. By submitting survey responses, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Ezekiel Lara a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, adapt, publish, and incorporate that feedback without attribution, compensation, co-authorship, or an ownership interest in the stories. Do not submit confidential material or content you lack permission to share. Final creative decisions remain with the author.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The stories, site, artwork, and software are protected by intellectual-property law. Your purchase grants personal, non-transferable access, not resale or redistribution rights. Do not share accounts, scrape protected content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or material violation of these terms; any refund remains governed by the policy above and applicable law.

Age and responsibility

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission. A paid purchase must be made by an adult or with an adult’s authorization.

Disclaimers and governing law

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent the law permits. To the extent permitted by law, Ezekiel Lara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Texas law governs these terms, without overriding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated here and applied prospectively. Continued use after notice means acceptance where the law allows. For access or general support, email support@longreturnsaga.com.
